Alice Fulks
Alice Claire Fulks (born January 16, 1982) is a voice and stage actress who got her start in voiceover work after she was introduced to ADV Films' Automated dialogue replacement, ADR director Steven Foster, who cast her as the Countess of Werdenberg in the 2003 anime series ''Gilgamesh (manga), Gilgamesh''. Following her spectacular performance as the Countess, Alice was later on cast as the lead role of Mylene Hoffman in 009-1, which was praised by Anime News Network, ANN reviewer Theron Martin. In 2007, she was one of the hosts of the American Anime Awards presentation ceremony in New York Comic Con. Currently, Alice resides in Los Angeles, California, where she is the founder and creative director for video production company A*Light Picture. ''Appleseed Ex Machina'', also known as in the original version, is a 2007 Japanese animated CG science fiction film and is the sequel to the 2004 ''Appleseed'' film, similarly directed by Shinji Aramaki, and was produced by Hong Kong director and producer John Woo. is a Japanese anime television series produced by Production I.G based on an original story by Tow Ubukata. The anime originally aired in Japan on WOWOW from August 19, 2006, to February 2, 2007. Ghost Train (2006 Film)
is a Japanese horror film released in 2006. It was the first Japanese film that was released in Korea before Japan. Plot A young boy, Takeshi, is told by a mysterious woman that he will die after picking up a ticket inside a red bag. While boarding the subway train home, he is pulled outside of the train, which briefly stops when the conductor is distracted by a figure outside. The next day, Takeshi's classmate, Noriko Kimura, finds the ticket and shows it to her sister, Nana, experiencing a vision of a baby and her mother in the process. Noriko spots Takeshi while waiting for the train and tries to follow him, but she ends up missing as well. Nana decides to take action and contacts the train conductor, Shunichi Kuga. , also known as ''Ghosts at School'', is a Japanese series of children's novels written by . It was published by Kodansha, starting in 1990. The series is a collection of popular school ghost stories in Japan, rewritten specifically for a young demographic. A four-part film series based on the books was produced from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, it was adapted into a television series in 1994 and an anime produced by Studio Pierrot in 2000. A video game was also produced. The books were received positively in Japan upon release. The first film received a nomination for Best Screenplay at the 19th Japanese Academy Awards. Sources conflict as to whether the anime's original run was successful or not, though there is evidence of a relatively successful run.
