Alibek Buleshev ( kk, Әлібек Бөлешев) is a Kazakhstani football forward born on 9 April 1981 who plays for Okzhetpes. He is the all-time top scorer of Kairat. Taldıqorğan
Taldykorgan ( kk, Талдықорған/Taldyqorğan; russian: Талдыкорган), known as ''Taldy-Kurgan'' until 1993, is the capital (called an administrative center) of Zhetysu Region, Kazakhstan. According to the 2010 Kazakh Census Results, the population is 143,407. The town was founded in the 19th century as the village of Gavrilovka and developed into the present city on the same site. The town grew slowly in its early years. After the completion of the railway connection many Russian farmers moved to the area of the town. Russians are the second-largest ethnic group after the Kazakhs among the 70 nationalities living in Taldykorgan. A total of 143,000 people live in the city. Taldykorgan previously served as the capital city of Taldykorgan Region from 1944 to 1997 and Almaty Region from 1997 to 2022 and now serves as the capital of the new Jetisu Region. The 2001 Kazakhstan Premier League was the tenth season of the Kazakhstan Premier League, the highest Association football, football league competition in Kazakhstan, and took place between 28 April and 22 October. Teams FC Ordabasy, Zhiger were relegated at the end of the 2000 season, and were replaced by FC Aktobe, FC Aktobe-Lento, FC Caspiy, FC Mangystau and FC Atyrau, Atyrau. The 2009 Kazakhstan Premier League was the 18th season of the Kazakhstan Premier League, the highest football league competition in Kazakhstan. It started on 7 March 2009 and ended in November 2009. Aktobe were the defending champions. Changes from 2008 Team changes Energetik-2 were relegated to the First Division after finishing in 14th place. FC Atyrau, who originally were going to be demoted as well, were spared because of the withdrawal of Alma-Ata in December 2008.
