Algernon Greville
Algernon Frederick Greville (29 December 1798 – 15 December 1864) was an English soldier, cricketer, and officer of arms who served as private secretary to the Duke of Wellington. Life He was commissioned an ensign in the Grenadier Guards on 1 February 1814, and fought with that regiment at Quatre Bras and Waterloo. He was also present at the capture of Péronne, and soon after was appointed aide-de-camp to General Sir John Lambert. He later became ADC to the Duke of Wellington, and served on his staff until the end of the occupation of France. The Duke made him his private secretary upon being appointed Master-General of the Ordnance in 1819, and he continued to serve in this capacity when Wellington was made commander-in-chief (1827), prime minister (1828), foreign secretary (1834), and commander-in-chief again (1842). Greville was appointed Bath King of Arms in 1829, and served as secretary to the Cinque Ports while Wellington was Lord Warden. He died in 1864 in Hilli ...

Algernon Greville (MP)
Algernon Greville (c. 1677 – 28 April 1720) was the second son of Fulke Greville, 5th Baron Brooke, son of Robert Greville, 2nd Baron Brooke, and his wife Sarah Dashwood. He married Mary, daughter and coheir of Lord Arthur Somerset, the youngest son of Henry Somerset, 1st Duke of Beaufort. Their daughter, Mary (20 December 1713 – 1 March 1786), who married Shuckburgh Boughton (d. 1763) in 1736, had Charles Rouse-Boughton, Sir Charles William Rouse Boughton, 1st and 9th Bt. He served as member of Parliament for Warwick (UK Parliament constituency), Warwick from 1699 to 1705 (with a short gap). His son Fulke Greville (1717-1806), Fulke Greville represented Monmouth Boroughs (UK Parliament constituency), Monmouth Boroughs from 1747 to 1752. References

Algernon William Fulke Greville, 2nd Baron Greville (11 February 1841 – 2 December 1909), styled Hon. Algernon Greville-Nugent from 1866 to 1883, was a British politician.
