Alexz Johnson
Alexzandra Spencer Johnson (born November 4, 1986) is a Canadian musician, actress, and philanthropist. Her debut album ''Voodoo'' was independently released with her brother Brendan Johnson in 2010, followed by the demo release of ''The Basement Recordings'' in 2011, with its sequel, ''The Basement Recordings II'', and EP ''Skipping Stone'' in 2012. ''The Basement Recordings III'' was released in 2013. A follow-up extended play ''Heart'' followed in 2014; with her sophomore effort ''Let 'Em Eat Cake'' being released October of that year. Johnson's third studio album ''A Stranger Time'' was released in 2017 and her fourth, ''Still Alive'', in 2020. The Hotel Café is a live music venue located off an alley on the Cahuenga Boulevard strip in Hollywood, California, United States, that has become known for helping to establish the careers of new singer-songwriters in the 2000s. So Weird
''So Weird'' is a television series that aired on the Disney Channel as a mid-season replacement from January 18, 1999, to September 28, 2001. The series was shot in Vancouver, British Columbia. In the first two seasons, the series centered on the teenage Fiona Phillips (Cara DeLizia) who toured with her rock-star mom ( Mackenzie Phillips), while encountering paranormal activity along the way. The series was compared to the Fox TV series ''The X-Files'' since it took a darker tone than any other Disney Channel show at the time. For the third and final season, Disney replaced DeLizia (due to her wanting to pursue future projects outside of Disney) with actress Alexz Johnson playing Annie Thelen. The Vancouver Grizzlies were a Canadian professional basketball team based in Vancouver. They were part of the Midwest Division of the Western Conference of the National Basketball Association (NBA). The team was established in 1995, along with the Toronto Raptors, as part of the NBA's expansion into Canada. Following the 2000–01 season, the team relocated to Memphis, Tennessee, United States and was renamed the Memphis Grizzlies. Coquitlam ( ) is a city in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada. The Gemini Awards were awards given by the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television between 1986–2011 to recognize the achievements of Canada's television industry. The Gemini Awards are analogous to the Emmy Awards given in the United States and the BAFTA Television Awards in the United Kingdom.
