Alexei Eremenko Sr.
Aleksei Borisovich Yeryomenko (russian: Алексей Борисович Ерёменко; born 17 January 1964), also known as Alexei Eremenko Sr. is a Russian professional football manager and a former player who also holds Finnish citizenship. He is the manager of Estonian club JK Trans Narva. Playing career Yeryomenko made his debut in the Soviet Top League in 1981 for FC SKA Rostov-on-Don. Managerial career Yeryomenko was the manager of the Finnish club FF Jaro between August 2009 and June 2016. On 4 August 2016, Yeryomenko was appointed as manager of Kazakhstan Premier League side Shakhter Karagandy, being fired on 29 May 2017. On 8 August 2017, Yeryomenko signed a one-year contract with Armenian side FC Pyunik, but left the club on 31 October 2017. On 22 May 2018, SJK announced that Yeryomenko had replaced Tommi Kautonen as their manager after their poor start to the season. Seinäjoen Jalkapallokerho
Seinäjoen Jalkapallokerho (or SJK Seinäjoki or SJK) is a Finnish professional football club from the city of Seinäjoki. The club plays in the Veikkausliiga, the highest tier of the Finnish league system. Their home ground is OmaSP Stadion, which is located near the city center and next to SJK's training facility Wallsport. SJK was formed in 2007 after the merger of TP-Seinäjoki and Sepsi-78. History The early years SJK was formed on 5 November 2007 as a merger between the first teams of TP-Seinäjoki and Sepsi-78. It was told to the public five days later. Sepsi-78 had a board meeting on 24 October and TP-Seinäjoki on the next day. Both clubs supported the merger. Sepsi-78 and TP both gave up their place in Kakkonen. 1999–2000 UEFA Cup
The 1999–2000 UEFA Cup season was the 29th edition of the UEFA Cup competition. The final took place at Parken Stadium in Copenhagen and was won by Galatasaray, who defeated Arsenal in the final. The game was scoreless through the first ninety minutes and stayed that way through thirty minutes of extra time. The match went on to penalty kicks in which Gheorghe Popescu scored the winning goal to win the cup. Galatasaray won the cup without losing a single game. The competition was marred by violence involving Turkish and English hooligans in the semi-finals and the final, in particular the fatal stabbings of Leeds United fans Kevin Speight and Christopher Loftus by Galatasaray fans in Istanbul. Parma were the defending champions, but were eliminated by Werder Bremen in the fourth round.
