Alexandra Alexandrovna Panova (russian: Александра Александровна Панова; born 2 March 1989) is a Russian professional tennis player. On 30 July 2012, she achieved a career-high singles ranking of world No. 71. On 18 January 2016, she peaked at No. 38 in the doubles rankings. She has won seven doubles titles on the WTA Tour. On the ITF Circuit, she won two of her 16 doubles titles with her older sister Olga Panova. Anna Djambuliovna Chakvetadze ( ; born 5 March 1987) is a Russian former professional tennis player. In her career, Chakvetadze won eight WTA Tour singles titles, the biggest being the 2006 Kremlin Cup. She booked her highest singles ranking of world No. 5 in September 2007, after reaching the US Open semifinals. She also made the quarterfinals of the Australian Open and French Open that same year. Bartoli won the 2013 Wimbledon Championships singles title after previously being runner-up in 2007, and was a semifinalist at the 2011 French Open. The 2011 US Open was a tennis tournament played on the outdoor hard courts at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows Park, of Queens, New York City, United States. It began on 29 August and was originally scheduled to end on 11 September, but the men's final was postponed to 12 September due to rain. Rafael Nadal and Kim Clijsters were the defending champions.
