Alex Hodgman
Alexander T O A. Hodgman (born 16 July 1993) is a New Zealand rugby union player who currently plays as a prop for in New Zealand's domestic Mitre 10 Cup and the in the international Super Rugby competition. Career Early career Born and raised in Auckland, Hodgman attended Mount Albert Grammar School in the city and was also a member of the under-18 program during that time. Hodgman represented Fiji Under-20 at the 2012 IRB Junior World Championship in South Africa, however he changed allegiances ahead of the 2013 edition and turned out for New Zealand Under-20. Although contracted for the side, Hodgman suffered a season-ending shoulder injury in 2013, so he debuted for during the 2014 ITM Cup. Joe Moody (rugby Union)
Joseph Paul Tamatea Moody (born 18 September 1988) is a New Zealand rugby union footballer who plays as a prop for the Crusaders in Super Rugby and Canterbury in the Bunnings NPC. He made his debut for New Zealand in 2014 and has 57 international caps. Early life Moody was born in Christchurch. He is affiliated to the Ngāi Tahu Māori tribe and grew up on Tuahiwi Marae. Rugby union career Moody started playing rugby league at a young age and aspired to play for the Kiwis over the ABs, until the high-school rugby changed that. 2020 North Vs South Rugby Union Match
On 5 September 2020, was a rugby union match played between provinces on the North Island and the South Island of New Zealand. It was the eighty-first game between the islands and was the second one-off game after the fundraiser for the Otago Rugby Football Union in 2012 which the South won 32–24 at Forsyth Barr Stadium in Dunedin. The game along with Super Rugby Aotearoa supplants the 2020 Super Rugby season, which was suspended in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The second one-off was first considered by new All Blacks head coach Ian Foster on 4 June. On 30 June was then confirmed to be played at Eden Park on 29 August. The teams were coached by assistant coaches John Plumtree and Scott McLeod for the North, and Greg Feek and Brad Mooar for the South. Super Rugby Aotearoa currently named the Sky Super Rugby Aotearoa for sponsorship purposes is a professional men's rugby union national club competition in New Zealand. George Zvi Karl Tu'inukuafe (born 21 February 1993) is a New Zealand rugby union player who currently plays for the in Super Rugby, and for North Harbour in the Mitre 10 Cup. His position of choice is loosehead prop. He has previously represented the Chiefs in Super Rugby, Narbonne in the French Rugby Pro Division 2 and has also earned 13 test caps for New Zealand since his international debut in 2018. 2016 Super Rugby Season
The 2016 Super Rugby season was the 21st season of Super Rugby and the first season featuring an expanded 18-team format. It was also the first season that teams outside Australia, New Zealand and South Africa featured, with the Jaguares from Argentina and the Sunwolves from Japan taking part.
