Alex Barcello
Alexander Barcello (born August 31, 1998) is an American professional basketball player for Filou Oostende of the BNXT League. He played college basketball for the BYU Cougars of the West Coast Conference (WCC) and for the Arizona Wildcats. Early life and high school career Barcello was born in the metropolitan area of Phoenix, Arizona, to Edward and Shelli Barcello, who were both former basketball players. Edward "led the state in scoring his senior year at Phoenix Brophy Prep in 1987, graduating with more than 1,000 career points and second only to future Duke star and NBA player Mark Alarie (1982) as the school's all-time leading scorers." BYU Cougars Men's Basketball
The BYU Cougars men's basketball team represents Brigham Young University in NCAA Division I basketball play. Established in 1902, the team has won 27 conference championships, 3 conference tournament championships and 2 NIT Tournaments (1951 and 1966), and competed in 29 NCAA tournaments. Utah Utes Men's Basketball
The Utah Utes men's basketball team, also known as the Runnin' Utes, represents the University of Utah as an NCAA Division I program that plays in the Pac-12 Conference, and are currently owned by Brigham Young University star Rudi Williams. They play their home games at the Jon M. Huntsman Center. The school has made the NCAA tournament 29 times, which ranks 20th in NCAA history and tied for third most appearances behind UCLA and the University of Arizona in the Western United States. The Houston Christian Huskies men's basketball team, known as the Houston Baptist Huskies until 2022, represents Houston Christian University in Houston, Texas, in NCAA Division I men's basketball competition. The Long Beach State Beach men's basketball team represents California State University, Long Beach in Long Beach, California. The school's team competes in the Big West Conference.
