Alena Saili
Alena Saili (born 13 December 1998) is a New Zealand rugby sevens player. Saili joined the Black Ferns Sevens in 2017. She won a gold medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. She competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics and won a gold medal. Saili was named in the Black Ferns Sevens squad for the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham. She won a bronze medal at the event. She was part of the Black Ferns sevens team that won a silver medal at the Rugby World Cup Sevens in Cape Town. Saili expanded her international career playing for Premier Rugby Sevens in the United States of America, signing with the Texas Team during the 2023 season. Porirua, ( mi, Pari-ā-Rua) a city in the Wellington Region of the North Island of New Zealand, is one of the four cities that constitute the Wellington metropolitan area. 2022 Commonwealth Games
The 2022 Commonwealth Games, officially known as the XXII Commonwealth Games and commonly known as Birmingham 2022, was an international multi-sport event for members of the Commonwealth of Nations that took place in Birmingham, England between 28 July and 8 August 2022. The Q2 Stadium is a soccer-specific stadium located in the North Burnet section of North Austin, Texas, United States. It is the home of Austin FC, a Major League Soccer (MLS) team that began play in 2021. Highmark Stadium (Pennsylvania)
Highmark Stadium is a 5,000-seat soccer-specific stadium in Pittsburgh's Station Square which is home to Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC of the USL Championship. The stadium was also home to the Pittsburgh Rebellion women's football team for 2017. Three local colleges use the stadium for soccer, lacrosse and rugby, and six different local high schools will use the field for soccer and lacrosse. Tysha Ikenasio (born 13 September 1997) is a New Zealand rugby sevens player. Rugby career Ikenasio attended Sancta Maria College, Auckland, Sancta Maria College in Auckland and played netball and Touch (sport), touch rugby representatively. She competed for New Zealand at the 2015 Touch World Cup in Australia. Ikenasio played sevens professionally in Japan for five years, she played for the Tokyo Phoenix for two years before moving to the Nagato Blue Angels. Ikenasio joined the New Zealand women's national rugby sevens team, Black Ferns Sevens Development Team in 2022. The New Zealand women's rugby union team, called the Black Ferns, represents New Zealand in women's international rugby union, which is regarded as the country's national sport. Premier Rugby Sevens (PR7s) is the top annual North American men's and women's rugby sevens competition. The competition follows a touring model and involves 16 teams (8 men's and 8 women's teams) competing against each other across the country. The league was founded in 2021 and is officially sanctioned by USA Rugby as the highest level of rugby sevens in the United States.
