Aleksey Borisovich Kuznetsov (Russian: Алексей Борисович Кузнецов; born on 25 August 1971), is a Russian statesman and manager, who is the First Deputy Director of the Industrial Development Fund since 2020. He had served as the acting governor of Kirov Oblast in 2016, and had served as the vice governor of the region from 2012 to 2016. Nikita Yuryevich Belykh (russian: Ники́та Ю́рьевич Белы́х, born June 13, 1975) is a Russian politician and former leader of the Union of Rightist Forces party. He was a member of the Legislative Assembly of Perm Krai until 2008, and the governor of Kirov Oblast from January 2009 until his arrest in July 2016. Igor Vladimirovich Vasilyev (russian: Игорь Владимирович Васильев; born 31 May 1961), from September 19, 2017 to May 10, 2022 was the 5th Governor of the Kirov Oblast.
