Aleksej Nikolić
Aleksej Nikolić (born February 21, 1995) is a Slovenian professional basketball player for Germani Brescia of the Italian Lega Basket Serie A (LBA). He is a 1.91 m tall point guard. Professional career In November 2011 he joined OKK Spars, and previously played for Zlatorog Laško and Postojna. On February 25, 2013, he signed a four-year contract with OKK Spars. After rumors in early June, Nikolic had signed officially on July 7, 2015, with German champions Brose Bamberg for four years. He also plays their for farm team Bike-Café Messingschlager Baunach in the second-tier ProA league. He was an early entry candidate for the 2016 NBA draft, but later removed his name from the list. On July 10, 2018, he signed a three-year contract with Partizan. On August 9, 2019, he has signed one more year deal with Partizan, then he was loaned to Universo Treviso Basket of the Lega Basket Serie A (LBA). Point Guard
The point guard (PG), also called the one or the point, is one of the five Basketball positions, positions in a regulation basketball game. A point guard has perhaps the most specialized role of any position. Point guards are expected to run the team's offense by controlling the ball and making sure that it gets to the right player at the right time. KK Zlatorog Laško
Košarkarski klub Zlatorog Laško ( en, Zlatorog Laško Basketball Club), commonly referred to as KK Zlatorog or simply Zlatorog, is a Slovenian professional basketball club based in Laško. Zlatorog play their home games at the Tri Lilije Hall. History The club was established in 1969. During the initial years the club was competing under the name ''KK Laško''. In 1972 they renamed as ''KK Zlatorog Laško'', and in 1994 as ''KK Pivovarna Laško''. Mitja Nikolić Smrdelj (born 24 February 1991) is a Slovenian professional basketball player for Basket Ravenna Piero Manetti. He also represented the Slovenian national basketball team between 2014 and 2017. He is 2.00 m tall and plays the position small forward. Nikolić spent the 2020-21 season with Remer Treviglio of the Serie A2. He averaged 13.4 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game. On September 24, 2021, Nikolić signed with Scaligera Basket Verona. Nikolić signed in summer 2022 with Serie A team Derthona Basket. The 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup was the 17th edition of the FIBA Basketball World Cup, the tournament previously known as the FIBA World Championship.
