Aleksandr Dedyushko
Aleksandr Viktorovich Dedyushko (May 20, 1962 – November 3, 2007) was a Russian television actor, best known for war dramas and the Russian version of ''Dancing with the Stars''. Life Born as Aliaksandr Dziadziushka ( be, Аляксандр Дзядзюшка, ''Dziadziushka'') in Vawkavysk, Hrodna Voblast, Belarus, he worked with the Vladimir City Theatre from 1989 until 1995. Starting in the early 2000s, Dedyushko became a popular Russian television presenter, actor and singer. Dedyushko was killed along with his wife and son in a car accident on November 3, 2007, in Petushki, Vladimir Oblast, Russia. Their car apparently skidded on an ice-covered road. Vawkavysk
Vawkavysk ( be, Ваўкавы́ск, ; russian: Волковы́ск; pl, Wołkowysk; lt, Valkaviskas; yi, וואלקאוויסק; names in other languages) is one of the oldest towns in southwestern Belarus and the capital of the Vawkavysk district. It is located on the Wolkowyja River, roughly from Grodno and from Minsk. Its population is estimated at 43,826 inhabitants. Vawkavysk was first unofficially mentioned in the Turov Annals in 1005 and this year is widely accepted as the founding year for Vawkavysk. At that time it was a city-fortress on the border of the Baltic and the Slavic ethnic groups. Since the 12th century, Vawkavysk was the center of a small princedom.
