Alegrías De Mediodía
''Alegrías De Mediodía'' (English ''Midday Happiness'') is a TV show broadcast by Canal de las Estrellas between 1980 and 1982. It is a TV show aimed at a young audience, set in Mexico. It started on 17 February 1980, and was broadcast from Monday to Friday from 3:30 to 4 in the afternoon through the TV channel Canal De Las Estrellas (''The Star's Channel''). The format was child comedy, starring new children with talent that are still in the Mexican media. This was the first time ever Lucero starred on television. Other notable cast members include Chuchito, Usi Velasco, Ginny Hoffman, Aleks Syntek and Carlitos Espejel, among others. ''Alegrias De Mediodia'' was also the first Televisa series to feature Aida Pierce, in the role of the teacher Dona Tecla. Lucero (actress)
Lucero Hogaza León (; born 29 August 1969) is a Mexican singer and entertainer. She is a multi-platinum singer in Mexico and has sung in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. Lucero has sold more than 30 million records worldwide. She is often referred to as ("The Americas' sweetheart"). As a child she starred in the popular Mexican children shows '' Alegrias de Mediodia'' and '' Chispita''. She went on to release a series of successful albums. Raúl Alejandro Escajadillo Peña (born 29 September 1969), known by his stage name, Aleks Syntek, is a Mexican singer and songwriter. He has earned nine nominations for the Latin Grammy Awards, a Grammy nomination, five nominations for the MTV Latin Awards, and is the winner of three Latin ''Billboard'' awards. He has also received an Ariel award from the Cinametografia Mexican Academy for Best Film Music. Carlos Espejel Leguizano (born April 21, 1972) is a Mexican telenovela actor and comedian, best known for his roles as "Chiquidrácula" (1982–1987) and "Carlinflas" (1982–2006). Biography Espejel started his acting career at an early age. Aida Pierce
Aida María Zerecero Pierce (born August 15, 1956, Acapulco, Guerrero) is a Mexican actress and comedian, best known internationally for her work on various telenovelas and comedy series that have aired on Televisa over the years. Most of her television series have aired on television networks in other countries, most notably Univision. Biography At 17, Pierce, whose parents were Jose Luis Zerecero and Aida Pierce, left Acapulco for Mexico City, and attended El Instituto Andrés Soler, where she studied acting and to become a secretary. La Carabina De Ambrosio
''La Carabina de Ambrosio'' is a Mexican television show created and developed by Humberto Navarro, filmed at the Televisa Studios, Chapultepec in Mexico City, from 1978 until 1987. The slogan of the show was "A Magical, Comical, and Musical Variety Show." The show had guest emcees that included César Costa, Gualberto Castro, Fito Girón, and Manolo Muñoz. While the emcees sang a cast member would interrupt rudely and a comedy skit began. The show consisted of numerous skits, jokes and tricks played on the emcees. It is rumored that the reason there were so many emcees during the run of the show was due to the numerous tricks played on them. Since 2007, the show is in re-runs on TV Clásico.
