Aldo Rustichini
Aldo Rustichini is an Italian-born American economist, academic and researcher. He is a professor of economics at University of Minnesota, where is also associated with the Interdisciplinary Center for Cognitive Sciences. Rustichini has worked on several research areas relating to economics, including decision theory, game theory, general equilibrium theory, neuroscience and economics, experimental economics, and behavioral economics. He has also conducted research on political economy, microeconomic theory, economic dynamics, macroeconomics and models of bounded rationality. Rustichini is a fellow of the Econometric Society and a Council Member of the Game Theory Society. Education Rustichini graduated in philosophy from University of Florence in 1977. He then received his master's degree in economics in 1980 from University of Manchester in UK and later received his doctoral degree in mathematics in 1987 from University of Minnesota in the US. Econometric Society
The Econometric Society is an international society of academic economists interested in applying statistical tools to their field. It is an independent organization with no connections to societies of professional mathematicians or statisticians. It was founded on December 29, 1930, at the Statler Hotel in Cleveland, Ohio. Its first president was Irving Fisher. As of 2014, there are about 700 Elected Fellows of the Econometric Society, making it one of the most prevalent research affiliations. New fellows are elected each year by the current fellows. The sixteen founding members were Ragnar Frisch, Charles F. Roos, Joseph A. The Université catholique de Louvain (also known as the Catholic University of Louvain, the English translation of its French name, and the University of Louvain, its official English name) is Belgium's largest French-speaking university. The Professorship of Political Economy is a permanently established professorship at the University of Cambridge, founded in 1863, and assigned to the Faculty of Economics. The professorship was established in perpetuity following the retirement of George Pryme, who had been elected the first Professor of Political Economy at the university on a single-tenure basis.
