Albert Tocco
Albert "Caesar" Tocco (August 9, 1929 – September 21, 2005), was a high-ranking member of the Chicago Outfit during the 1970s and 1980s. He was the mob boss of Chicago Heights, the south suburbs, and parts of Northern Indiana. Tocco was described as second-in-command to Alfred Pilotto, leader of the Chicago Heights Street Crew. He allegedly played a part in the murder of William Dauber, and James "Jimmy The Bomber" Catuara. He would later run the street crew in his own right upon Pilotto's retirement. He, along with Albert "Nicky" Guzzino, Albert "Chicky" Roviaro and Dominick Palermo, is alleged to have botched the burial of Michael and Tony Spilotro. This resulted in him hiding abroad for a while before getting word that Joseph Ferriola forgave him. Tony Spilotro
Anthony John Spilotro (May 19, 1938 – June 14, 1986), nicknamed "Tony the Ant", was an American mobster and high ranking member for the Chicago Outfit in Las Vegas during the 1970s and '80s. Spilotro managed the Outfit's illegal casino profits (the " skim") when four of the casinos, The Stardust, The Fremont, The Hacienda, and The Marina, were managed by Frank Rosenthal, replacing Outfit member John Roselli in Las Vegas. He was the leader of the "Hole in the Wall Gang", which he formed in Las Vegas when he moved there in 1971. Spilotro eventually ran afoul of his organized crime overseers who disapproved of his handling of their Las Vegas affairs, and who then arranged his murder on June 14, 1986. Spilotro served as the basis for the character Nicky Santoro in Martin Scorsese's 1995 film ''Casino''. Witness protection is security provided to a threatened person providing testimonial evidence to the justice system, including defendants and other clients, before, during, and after a trial, usually by police. Joseph Ferriola
Joseph Ferriola (March 16, 1927 – March 11, 1989), also known as, "Joe Nagall," "Mr. Clean" and "Oscar," was an American mobster who was boss of the Chicago Outfit, from 1985 to 1988, after Joseph Aiuppa and John Cerone went to prison for skimming Las Vegas casino profits. Early life Joseph Anthony Ferriola came from Chicago's Near West Side. He was the father of one son, Nicholas Ferriola who followed his father into organized crime. Chicago Outfit career Ferriola began his career as a protégé of the late mobster Leonard "Fat Lennie" Caifano. Fat Lennie was Marshall Joseph Caifano's brother. In 1970, Ferriola and four other mobsters were convicted for conspiring to operate an interstate gambling ring. He was sentenced to five years in federal prison, but only served about three years.
