Albano Aleksi
Albano Aleksi (born 10 October 1992) is an Albanian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Kategoria Superiore club Egnatia. Club career Butrinti Sarandë Aleksi made his league debut for the Albanian First Division club on 9 March 2013 in a 1–1 away draw with Besëlidhja Lezhë. He was subbed on for Shkëlzen Dalipaj in the 88th minute. Luftëtari Gjirokastër In Summer 2015, Aleksi moved to then Albanian First Division club Luftëtari Gjirokastër. He made his league debut for the club on 12 September 2015 in a 2–0 away victory over Dinamo Tirana. He was subbed on for Fejzo Shenaj in the 63rd minute. He scored his first league goal for the club around a month later, in a 2–1 win over Lushnja on 17 October 2015. His goal, scored in the 34th minute, made the score 1–0 in favor of Luftëtari. Fier
Fier (; sq-definite, Fieri) is the seventh most populous city of the Republic of Albania and seat of Fier County and Fier Municipality. It is situated on the bank of Gjanica River in the Myzeqe Plain between the Seman in the north, the Vjosë in the south and the foothills of the Mallakastra Mountains in the southeast. Fier experiences a seasonal Mediterranean climate effected by its proximity to the Adriatic Sea in the west. The Albanian Supercup is a single match usually at the beginning of the season between the winners of the Kategoria Superiore and Albanian Cup. Supercup final was not played in the occasions when the champion team won the Double (association football), Double. 2022–23 Albanian Cup () was the seventy-first season of Albania's annual cup competition, the Albanian Cup. Egnatia won the cup, their first title in the competition. Format Ties are played in a two-legged format similar to those of European competitions. If the aggregate score is tied after both games, the match is decided by extra time and a penalty shoot-out, if necessary. Albanian Cup
The Albanian Cup ( sq, Kupa e Shqipërisë) is the main "knockout" competition in Albanian football. The competition started in 1939 as Kupa e Mbretit (English:"The King's Cup"). Just after a year the cup was suspended as the Second World War started. It started again in 1948 as "Kupa e Republikes" (English: "Republic Cup") and from 1991 as "Kupa e Shqipërisë" (Albanian Cup). Today it is the second most important competition in Albania after the Kategoria Superiore. Albanian Superliga
The Kategoria Superiore, officially known as Abissnet Superiore for sponsorship reasons, is a professional league for men's association football clubs. At the top of the Albanian football league system, it is the country's primary football competition. It is contested by 10 clubs, and operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Kategoria e Parë. Seasons run from August to May, with teams playing 36 matches each (playing each team in the league four times, twice at home and twice away). The competition was founded in 1930 as the Albanian National Championship during the reign of King Zog, shortly after the creation of the Albanian Football Association. Since 1930, 45 clubs have competed in recognised competitions, while only nine clubs have won the title: Tirana (26), Dinamo Tirana (18), Partizani (16), Vllaznia (9), Skënderbeu (8), Elbasani (2), Teuta (2), Flamurtari (1), and Kukësi (1).
