Alasdhair McFarlane
Alasdhair McFarlane (born 29 August 1984 in Scotland), is a former Scotland, Scottish Scotland national under-21 rugby union team, U21 and Scotland Club XV international rugby union player, formerly of Glasgow Warriors. McFarlane played at Scrum-half (rugby union), Scrum-Half. Amateur career McFarlane played for Hillhead Jordanhill RFC, Hillhead Jordanhill before moving on to play for Glasgow Hutchesons Aloysians RFC, Glasgow Hutchesons Aloysians. When he joined Glasgow Warriors he also played for Ayr RFC, Ayr. Professional career He was with the Warriors in season 2004–05 Glasgow Warriors season, 2004-05. Graeme Beveridge
Graeme Beveridge (born 17 February 1976) is a rugby union manager who is a former rugby union footballer. He previously played at scrum-half for Edinburgh Rugby, Glasgow Warriors, Bristol and Scotland. Edinburgh Rugby (formerly Edinburgh Reivers, Edinburgh Gunners) is one of the two professional rugby union teams from Scotland. The club competes in the United Rugby Championship, along with the Glasgow Warriors, its oldest rival. Edinburgh plays most of its home games at Edinburgh Rugby Stadium. 2005–06 Glasgow Warriors Season
The 2005-06 season is the tenth in the history of the Glasgow Warriors as a professional side. Since the professional side began in 1996 it had used a warrior logo; with a warrior clutching a rugby ball in one hand - and in the other a Scottish targe ordained with a long steel spike originating from its central boss. The warrior is wearing a simple Spangenhelm conical peaked nasal helmet illustrating an early warrior from the Kingdom of Strathclyde. The warrior logo was formalised into Glasgow's name from this season onwards. The team was now officially known as Glasgow Warriors and formally competed as such.
