Alamgir Alam
Alamgir Alam is an Indian politician. He is a four-term MLA for Pakaur constituency in the Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha as a member of the Indian National Congress. Alam has been elected to the Jharkhand assembly in the 2000, 2004, 2014 and 2019 elections while he lost in the 2009 elections. Alam served as the Speaker of the Jharkhand assembly between 20 October 2006, and 12 December 2009. In the 2019 Jharkhand Legislative Assembly election, Alam retained his seat, defeating Akil Akhtar, who had previously held the seat following the 2009 elections. Following the elections in which Congress emerged victorious alongside its coalition partners JMM and RJD, Alam was elected the leader of the Congress Legislature Party. Satyanand Bhokta
Sir Anand Satyanand, (born 22 July 1944) is a former lawyer, judge and ombudsman who served as the 19th Governor-General of New Zealand from 2006 to 2011. Satyanand was chair of the Commonwealth Foundation for two 2-year terms, ending in December 2016. He then chaired the Commonwealth Observation Group of the National Elections of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea in 2017. In 2018, the New Zealand Government appointed him to lead the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Historical Abuse in State care and in the care of Faith-based Institutions, which is scheduled to continue until 2023. Dr Rameshwar Oraon (born 14 February 1947) is an Indian politician, who is the current Finance Minister of Jharkhand. He was a member of the 14th Lok Sabha. He represented the Lohardaga constituency of Jharkhand and is a member of the Indian National Congress (INC) political party. He was formerly an Indian Police Service officer, of the 1972 intake. Recipient of President Police medal. He resigned in 2004 to contest the general election and won on the Congress ticket. Jharkhand Mukti Morcha ( lit. ''Jharkhand Liberation Front''; JMM) is a State political party in the Indian state of Jharkhand which was founded by Binod Bihari Mahato. It has one seat in the 17th Lok Sabha. Shibu Soren is the president of the JMM. JMM is also an influential political party in the state of Odisha and parts of neighbouring of states.
