''At the End of the Tunnel'' ( es, Al final del túnel, links=no) is a 2016 Argentine-Spanish crime thriller film written and directed by Rodrigo Grande. Cast Production The film is an Argentine and Spanish co-production by Tornasol Films, , Haddock Films, Hernández y Fernández PC, and Mistery Producciones AIE, in association with Telefé and with the participation of TVE. One of the actors, Pablo Echarri, also gave support with his company El Árbol, with this being his first foray as a producer. The director, who was in charge of the script, developed it in the course of five years in the Storyboard format. All those involved in the production highlighted that, "Except for the two outdoors scenes, everything was recreated in studios: The protagonist's house, the basement where the robbers hide, and even the tunnel to real scale in a construction of fifty meters". The Goya Awards ( es, Premios Goya) are Spain's main national annual film awards, commonly referred to as the Academy Awards of Spain. The Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF), held annually in Seattle, Washington since 1976, is among the top film festivals in North America. Audiences have grown steadily; the 2006 festival had 160,000 attendees. The SIFF runs for more than three weeks (24 days), in May/June, and features a diverse assortment of predominantly independent and foreign films, and a strong contingent of documentaries. ''Fotogramas'' is Spanish digital and print film magazine which has been in circulation since 1946. It is one of the early film magazines in Spain. History Founded in Barcelona, it was first published on 15 November 1946 by Antonio Nadal-Rodó and María Fernanda Gañán. On 5 February 1951, the magazine awarded their first Placa de San Juan Bosco award to actor Jesús Tordesillas for his performance in 1950 film ''Pequeñeces''. In the 1970s the magazine was part of the Nadal Group. New categories were added over time to the award which were renamed Fotogramas de Plata and in 2012 they absorbed the TP de Oro awards. Rioplatense Spanish (), also known as Rioplatense Castilian, is a variety of Spanish spoken mainly in and around the Río de la Plata Basin of Argentina and Uruguay. It is also referred to as River Plate Spanish or Argentine Spanish. It is the most prominent dialect to employ ''voseo'' in both speech and writing. Many features of Rioplatense are also shared with the varieties spoken in south and eastern Bolivia, and Paraguay. This dialect is often spoken with an intonation resembling that of the Neapolitan language of Southern Italy, but there are exceptions. As Rioplatense is considered a dialect of Spanish and not a distinct language, there are no credible figures for a total number of speakers.
