Al Galala
Al Galala City (Arabic : مدينة الجلالة) is a planned city in northeast Egypt. It lies on Northern Galala Plateau on the western side of the Gulf of Suez. The city represents one of several ambitious urban development projects of the government. With the help of which the problem of the congestion of the existing cities is to be solved. The city will include luxury and medium and middle income housing, touristic resorts, hotels, a water park and a Phosphate fertilizers factory. In September 2020, Galala University accepted its first students, being one of the first universities in Egypt to follow the ''Ahleya'' model. The city will also include Egypt's first Olympic village. Construction of the city started in 2015 and will be implemented in 3 phases. Ain Sokhna
Al-'Ain al-Sokhna ( ar, العين السخنة, al-ʿAyn as-Sukhna , "the Hot Spring") is a town in the Suez Governorate, lying on the western shore of the Red Sea's Gulf of Suez. It is situated south of Suez and approximately east of Cairo. History Recent archaeological excavations have shown that there was an ancient Egyptian port and settlement in this area. The site was first brought to attention in 1999 by Professor Mahmud Abd El Raziq. French and Egyptian archaeologists have been investigating this area since that time. Olympic Village
An Olympic Village is an accommodation center built for the Olympic Games, usually within an Olympic Park or elsewhere in a host city. Olympic Villages are built to house all participating athletes, as well as officials and athletic trainers. After the Munich Massacre at the 1972 Olympics, the Villages have been made extremely secure. Galala University
Galala University (Arabic: جامعة الجلالة) is a national, non-profit Egyptian university located in Al Galala in Suez. The university includes 13 faculties in different fields of study. It was established by presidential decree in August 2020. Gulf Of Suez
The Gulf of Suez ( ar, خليج السويس, khalīǧ as-suwais; formerly , ', "Sea of Calm") is a gulf at the northern end of the Red Sea, to the west of the Sinai Peninsula. Situated to the east of the Sinai Peninsula is the smaller Gulf of Aqaba. The gulf was formed within a relatively young but now inactive Gulf of Suez Rift rift basin, dating back about 26 million years. It stretches some north by northwest, terminating at the Egyptian city of Suez and the entrance to the Suez Canal. Along the mid-line of the gulf is the boundary between Africa and Asia.
