Al Ettifaq Football Club ( ar, نادي الاتفاق لكرة القدم) is a professional football club in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Al-Ettifaq was established after the merging of three clubs in the city of Dammam at the year 1944. Al Ettifaq is the first Saudi team to win an international title – the 1984 Arab Club Champions Cup. Al Ettifaq is also the first team to win the Saudi Premier League without any defeat. Al Ettifaq is also the first side from Saudi Arabia to win the GCC Champions League. Al Ettifaq have a total of 13 different titles to their name. The Club also has its own futsal section. History Before the establishment of Al-Ettifaq, there were three clubs in Dammam that were founded in 1941 (Al-Taawoun, Al-Sha'ab and Al-Shabab). Ad-Dahna Desert
Ad-Dahna Desert is the central division of the Arabian Desert. It is a corridor of sandy terrain forming a bow-like shape that connects an-Nafud desert in the north to Rub' al-Khali desert in the south. Its length is more than siding Twaik Mountains from the east and does not exceed in width. It is also considered the geographical margin separating Al-Ahsa Province from Najd. Al-Dahna Desert is therefore the string that connects the great deserts of Saudi Arabia. The desert is a series of seven successive deserts, separated from one another by plains. Roads pass through Al-Dahnā, linking Kuwait with Al-Zilfī and Riyadh and connecting Riyadh with Hasa. The King Cup (sometimes spelled King's), officially known as The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Cup ( ar, كأس خادم الحرمين الشريفين), is the Saudi Arabian football knockout cup competition, run by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation. The cup was created in 1957 and was played until 1990. It was re-launched again in 2007 as ''King's Cup of Champions'', and was played by only the top 6 finishers of the Professional League plus the Crown Prince Cup and Federation Cup winners. Since 2014, it was renamed as ''King's Cup'', the competition returned to its roots by implementing the old format. 153 clubs have taken part in the tournament.
