Ajnabi (film)
Ajnabi is an Indian drama series broadcast on DD Metro channel. The serial's story and screenplay was written by acclaimed actor Danny Denzongpa. It was directed by Mohinder Batra and produced by Romesh Sharma. The series was loosely based on the Nepali film Saino, written by Denzongpa and directed by his nephew Ugyen. The series comprised 75 episodes. Denzongpa played an army official who retires and moves to Jammu and Kashmir. The series showed insurgency and terrorism in the state, the bravery of the armed forces and the emotional lives of everyone affected by the insurgency. Danny Denzongpa
Tshering Phintso "Danny" Denzongpa (born 25 February 1948) is an Indian actor, singer and film director who primarily works in Hindi films. He has acted in over 190 films since 1971. In 2003, Denzongpa was awarded the Padma Shree, India's fourth-highest civilian honour. His film career spans more than 4 decades. He has also starred in some international films, the most famous being ''Seven Years in Tibet'' where he appeared alongside Brad Pitt. Mahendra Sandhu
Mahendra Sandhu (born 18 April 1947) is an Indian actor, who worked in Hindi film and Punjabi films, most known for '' Agent Vinod'' (1977), produced by Rajshri Pictures. Early life and education Sandhu was born into a Sandhu Jat Sikh family in the city of Patiala, Punjab. He graduated from Mohindra College, Patiala. He was very active in doing plays and was associated with Harpal Tiwana & Balwant Gargi. In 1970, he joined the Film and Television Institute of India Pune, and did two years acting course. Arun Bakshi
Arun Bakshi is an Indian film and television actor and also a singer. He has acted as a character actor in over 100 Hindi films, and as a playback singer has also sung 298 songs. Gajendra Singh Chauhan known professionally as Gajendra Chauhan, is a former television actor known for his work on Indian television, especially his portrayal of Yudhishthira in the historical television series ''Mahabharat'' (1988–90).
