Ailton Alves Lacerda Krenak ( Vale do Rio Doce, Minas Gerais, 1954) is a Brazilian writer, journalist, philosopher and indigenous movement leader of Krenak ethnicity. He was forcibly separated from his people, of which only 130 individuals are left (down from 5,000 at the beginning of the 20th century), at age 9. When he was 17, he and his family migrated to the state of Paraná, where he was taught literacy and became a printing specialist and journalist. Krenak functioned as a representative of indigenous peoples at the debates on the 1988 Brazilian Constitution, where he covered himself in ritual face painting during a speech. He either co-founded or participated in several indigenous rights organisations, such as the União dos Povos Indígenas (Union of Indigenous Peoples), the Aliança dos Povos da Floresta (Alliance of Forest-dwelling Peoples), the Núcleo de Cultura Indígena (Nucleus of Indigenous Culture), among others. Ailton dos Santos Silva (born 31 October 1966) is a Brazilian football manager. Managerial career Born in São Paulo, Silva began his managerial career at São Paulo Futebol Center, a São Paulo youth system based in Osasco, in 1996. In 2005, he joined Palmeiras, also taking care of the club's youth setup. Silva left ''Verdão'' in 2007, and moved to Spanish Tercera División side CF Atlético Ciudad, being appointed as a sports director. Aílton dos Santos Ferraz, sometimes known as just Aílton (born January 19, 1966), is a retired association footballer who played as an attacking midfielder for several Série A clubs. Career Born in Rio de Janeiro, Aílton Ferraz started his professional career playing with Flamengo. With Flamengo he played 116 Série A games and scored five goals between 1985 and 1991. Aílton Delfino (born 1 September 1968) is a retired Brazilian professional footballer who played as a striker. Career Born in Belo Horizonte, Aílton is a youth product of Atlético Mineiro, making his debut in 1987, and taking part in the conquest of three Campeonato Mineiro, in 1988, 1989 and 1991, and one Copa CONMEBOL. In 1993, Aílton joined Benfica, as the alternative for Adolfo Valencia after negotiations with the Colombian failed. He made his debut on a friendly against FC Barcelona on 18 August 1993, scoring the 2–1 in the 73rd minute. His first season in Portugal was a success, as he help the Lisbon-side win the league title, scoring 14 goals in 33 games, notably the first against Porto on 6 February 1994. Canela was one of the 71 people who died in LaMia Airlines Flight 2933 accident, including 18 of his teammates.
