Ailish Considine
Ailish Considine (born 9 July 1992) is an Irish-born Australian rules footballer who played for the Adelaide Football Club in the AFL Women's (AFLW). Considine was drafted by Adelaide as a rookie signing after previously playing gaelic football and camogie for County Clare in Ireland. She made her debut in the one point loss to the at Norwood Oval in the opening round of the 2019 season. She was the first Irish female to become a Premiership Player with the Adelaide Crows in 2019 when they defeated Carlton in the ALFW Grand Final at a full capacity Adelaide Oval. In December 2022, Adelaide delisted Considine after she was on the injury list all of AFL Women's season seven. Personal life Considine was born in Ireland. 2018 AFL Women's Draft
The 2018 AFL Women's (AFLW) draft consisted of the various periods when the ten clubs in the AFL Women's, Australian rules football women's competition could recruit players prior to the competition's 2019 AFL Women's season, 2019 season. AFL Women's Grand Final
The AFL Women's Grand Final is an annual women's Australian rules football match to determine the AFL Women's (AFLW) premiers for that year. Each year, the winning club receives a premiership trophy and premiership flag; all players in the winning team receive a premiership medallion. Eimear Considine (born 8 May 1991) is an Irish rugby player from Kilmihil, County Clare. She plays for UL Bohemians and Munster and has played at full-back and wing for Ireland women's rugby union team since 2017. She works as a secondary school teacher. Kilmihil () is a village in the Barony of Clonderlaw, west County Clare, Ireland. It is also a civil parish and an ecclesiastical parish in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Killaloe. The area was officially classified as part of the West Clare Gaeltacht; an Irish-speaking community; until 1956.
