Ahmed Mohamed Aden, also known as Qeybe or Qaybe, was the foreign minister of Somalia from 1990 until 1991. He also became Somalia's Ambassador to the United States, Soviet Union, Britain, and the United Nations. House Of Representatives (Somaliland)
The House of Representatives ( so, Golaha Wakiilada, ar, مجلس النواب) is the lower house of the bicameral Parliament of the Somaliland, with the House of Elders being the upper house. The interim House of Representatives was formed in 1991, and driven by Somali National Movement. Somaliland National Charter of 1993 established bicameral legislature. The current House of Representatives was formed following parliamentary elections held on 29 September 2005, which resulted in a strong combined majority for the opposition Kulmiye and UCID parties. It has a total of 82 members. The latter include the Speaker of the House, Bashe Mohamed Farah. Ahmed Abdi Mohamed
Ahmed Abdi Mohamud Sugulle "Habsade" (Axmed Cabdi Xaabsade) is a Puntland and Somaliland politician. He was a decorated Colonel in the Somali Armed Forces and the second in command of the Somali Custodial Corps (Ciidanka Asluubta) equivalent to that of the Italian Arma dei Carabinieri but the Custodial Corps fall under the Ministry of the Interior and are part of the Police Force. A politician and respected elder later in life (he was instrumental in the founding of Somaliland and became the Speaker of the Somaliland House of Representatives. In 1998, he was appointed Minister of the Interior of Puntland but was dismissed in 2007 after a conflict with Mohamud Muse Hersi, who became President of Puntland in 2006. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi ( so, Cabdiraxmaan Maxamed Cabdillaahi Cirro, ar, عبد الرحمن محمد عبد الله) (born 24 April 1955), also known as Irro, is a Somaliland politician, who served as speaker of Somaliland House of Representatives (lower chamber) of the first-elected parliament. He was elected to the position in November 2005 and served until August 2017. Abdullahi also previously co-founded the Justice and Welfare (UCID) party. He is likewise the founder and chairman of the Waddani party. He belongs to the Abukar Logeh branch of the Musa Abdallah subclan of the Habr Yunis.
