Ahmed Hill
Ahmed Hill (born March 21, 1995) is an American professional basketball player for the Montreal Alliance of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL). He played college basketball for the Virginia Tech Hokies. College career Hill was born in Fort Valley, Georgia and came to Virginia Tech from Aquinas High School in Augusta, Georgia. He originally committed to Marquette, but chose to follow coach Buzz Williams when he moved to the Hokies. After starting as a freshman, Hill suffered an offseason knee injury and missed the 2015–16 season. Hill returned to action after his redshirt year and started the majority of his last three seasons. He had his most productive season as a senior, averaging 13.1 points and 3.9 rebounds per game. Brent Langdon "Buzz" Williams (born September 1, 1972) is an American basketball coach who is the head coach at Texas A&M University. He previously served as head coach at Virginia Tech from 2014 to 2019, Marquette from 2008 to 2014, and New Orleans during the 2006–07 season, and as an assistant coach at Texas-Arlington, Texas A&M–Kingsville, Northwestern State, Colorado State, and Texas A&M. The Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) (English language: ''Federal Basketball League''), for sponsorship reasons named easyCredit BBL, is the highest level league of professional club basketball in Germany. The league comprises 18 teams. A BBL season is split into a league stage and a playoff stage. A two-way contract is a professional sports contract that stipulates that an athlete's salary is dependent upon the league in which the athlete is assigned to play. The Portsmouth Invitational Tournament, (PIT), is the oldest amateur basketball tournament in the United States and the only postseason camp restricted to college basketball seniors. The Portsmouth Invitational is the first of two NBA pre-draft camps, the other being the Orlando pre-draft camp. In 2019, SB Ballard construction was the lead sponsor of the uniforms as they began to expand into building arenas around the country.
