Khan Asifur Rahman Agoon, known as Agun is a Bangladeshi musician. The son of actor Khan Ataur Rahman and singer Nilufar Yasmin, he is notable for songs like "''Baba Bole Chhele Nam Korbe''", "''Amar Shopno Gulo''" and "''O Amar Bondhu Go''". Career In 1988, Khan Asifur Rahman Agoon started his career in music as the vocalist of a band named ''Sudden'' and released an album titled "''Auchena''", two years later in 1990. He retired from the band and went solo in 1992. Since then, he performed as playback singer in films including ''Keyamat Theke Keyamat, Keyamot Theke Keyamot'' (1993) and ''Dui Duari'' (2000). Agoon also played roles in films like ''Akhono Onek Raat'', '''71 Er Ma Jononi'' and television dramas including ''Ojana Shoikotey'' and ''Ronger Manush''. ''Keyamot Theke Keyamot'' ( bn, কেয়ামত থেকে কেয়ামত; ) is a Bangladeshi musical romantic drama film directed by Sohanur Rahman Sohan. The film was released on Eid vacation and was a huge success throughout Bangladesh. Khan Ataur Rahman (known as Khan Ata; 11 December 1928 – 1 December 1997) was a Bangladeshi film actor, director, producer, screenplay writer, music composer, and singer, best known for his role in the film ''Jibon Theke Neya'' (1970). He received the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Screenplay for the films ''Sujon Sokhi'' (1975) and ''Danpite Chhele'' (1980). He was awarded Ekushey Padak posthumously in 2003 by the Government of Bangladesh. Nilufar Yasmin (13 February 1948 – 10 March 2003) was a Bangladeshi singer of Nazrul Sangeet, Rajanikanta Geeti, Dwijendra Geeti and Atul Prasdi genre. She was the fourth of five Yasmin sisters of Bangladesh music. Her siblings are Farida Yasmin, Fauzia Yasmin, Nazma Yasmin, and Sabina Yasmin.
