Agostinho Oliveira
Agostinho Vieira de Oliveira (born 5 February 1947) is a Portuguese retired footballer who played as a defender, and a coach. He had a brief manager stint with Portugal in 2002, and also worked a few years as an assistant with the national team, under Carlos Queiroz. Football career Oliveira was born in Póvoa de Lanhoso, Braga District. During his nine-year professional career, he appeared almost exclusively for local S.C. Braga. His first managerial job was in 1983, as he acted as assistant coach of his main club for two seasons. Oliveira replaced António Oliveira as the Portugal national team manager, in a temporary role before Luiz Felipe Scolari took over in 2002. He was in charge for four games, winning two (against Sweden (3–2) and Scotland (2–0)) and drawing two (England and Tunisia, both 1–1). Jorge Ribeiro
Jorge Miguel de Oliveira Ribeiro (born 9 November 1981) is a Portuguese retired professional footballer. Mainly a left-back, he could also play as a wing-back or midfielder. He totalled 118 Primeira Liga games and 15 goals, for six clubs including two spells at Benfica, and added 185 appearances in LigaPro for as many teams. Additionally, he had stints in Russia with Dynamo Moscow and in Spain. Ribeiro earned 30 caps for Portugal at youth level, and represented the country at Euro 2008. The qualifying competition for UEFA Euro 2012 was a series of parallel association football competitions held over 2010 and 2011 to decide the qualifiers for UEFA Euro 2012, held in Poland and Ukraine. The draw for the qualifying rounds was held on 7 February 2010 in the Congress Hall of the Palace of Culture and Science, Warsaw, with matches set to take place between August 2010 and November 2011. There were nine groups. Six of these groups had six teams (one each from pots 1 to 6 below); the remaining three groups consisted of five teams (one each from pots 1 to 5 below).
