Agnès Matoko is a Romanian model of paternal Congolese descent. She is the niece of the famous Congolese general Bouissa Matoko. Her father is official treasurer of the Republic of the Congo. Matoko graduated from Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. Arsenie Todiraș (sometimes spelt ''Toderaș'', also iterated ''Arseni Ivanovici Todiraș'' after the former Soviet and modern Russian form of the name) (born 22 July 1983 in Chișinău) is a Moldovan singer, best known for representing Moldova in the Eurovision Song Contest 2006.
