Agnete Friis (born 1974) is a Danish writer who is best known for co-authoring ''Drengen i kufferten'', or ''The Boy in the Suitcase'' with Lene Kaaberbøl. The book was short-listed for the Scandinavian Glass Key Award, competing against '' The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo'' and received the 2008 Harald Mogensen award for best crime novel. It has been translated into ten languages and there are more than two million copies in print. It was translated into English in 2011. The book was reviewed by Sarah Weinman as "among one of the best crime novels of the year". Agnete Friis also works as a journalist, and has also published children and adolescent literature. Agnete Synnøve Carlsen (born 15 January 1971) is a former Norwegian professional footballer who played as a midfielder. With the Norway women's national team, Carlsen won the 1995 FIFA Women's World Cup and an Olympic bronze medal in 1996. Agneta Marell (born 1964 in Gothenburg, Sweden) is professor in Business Administration and since 2010, Deputy vice-chancellor for external relations and innovation at Umeå University in northern Sweden. Between 2004 and 2007, she was the Dean of Umeå School of Business, succeeding Anders Söderholm. In 2008–2011, she was a municipal manager for Örnsköldsvik municipality. She received the assignment as vice rector for collaboration and innovation at Umeå University. Agnethe Davidsen
Agnethe Davidsen (29 August 1947 Nuuk – 25 November 2007, Nuuk) was a judge who was the first female government minister in Greenland and only the second female mayor of Nuuk, the capital of Greenland, where she was mayor for more than 14 years until she died suddenly at the age of 60. Early years Agnethe was born in 1947 to mother Agathe Lund and father Villy Wael (1928-98), but she was raised by her grandmother. At 16, she met her future husband, the blacksmith Aqqaluartaaq Davidsen, whom she married in 1966, and they had two children, Søren (1965) and Heidi (1967). In 1969, seeking more education, she took the children to Ikast, Denmark and graduated in 1970 with a "trade degree in commerce and office." After returning to Greenland, she began working in the national court system in Nuuk. Agneta Monica Andersson (born 25 April 1961 in Karlskoga, Örebro County) is a former Swedish sprint canoer who competed from the early 1980s to the late 1990s. Competing in five Summer Olympics, she won seven medals with three gold (K-1 500 m: 1984, K-2 500 m: 1984, 1996), two silvers (K-4 500 m: 1984, K-2 500 m: 1992), and two bronzes (K-4 500 m: 1992, 1996). Agneta Willeken
Agneta Willeken (1497-1562) was the lover of the German mercenary Marcus Meyer, one of the most notable participators of the Count's Feud. She was pointed out as a political participator on the side of Lübeck in the propaganda of the war. She was the daughter of the merchant Peter Radkens of Hamburg and married the merchant Hans Willeken. Her spouse became ruined in 1527, and moved to Lübeck, where he died in 1535. She stayed in Hamburg and became the lover of Marcus Meyer, with whom she corresponded when he left to Lübeck and married a wealthy widow. When he participate in the war he gave captured goods to her. During Meyer's siege of Varberg Fortress in 1535, she sent him a letter, which was taken by the King of Denmark and used as propaganda material.
