Aagha Ali Abbas ( ur, ) is a Pakistani television actor, singer, presenter, writer, song writer, and director. Early life and background Agha Ali was born on 4 December 1985 in Lahore, Punjab. He is the younger son of the widely known actor of the 1980s, Agha Sikandar (d. 1993), himself the son-in-law of the legendary singer, actor, and producer Inayat Hussain Bhatti, who is thus Agha Ali’s maternal grandfather, making him a nephew of the television actor Waseem Abbas as well as a cousin of Ali Abbas and also the grandnephew of actor Kaifee. His brother Ali Sikandar is also an actor and writer while singer-turned-actor Ali Azmat is his mother's cousin. Agha graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Arts from the Forman Christian College. ''Pakistan Today'' is a Pakistani English-language daily newspaper, published by Nawa Media Corporation from three Pakistani cities Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, Punjab; Karachi, Sindh; and Islamabad, Islamabad Capital Territory. Geo Television Network is a television channel based in Pakistan. It was established in May 2002 and is owned by the Jang Media Group. The channel began its test transmission on 14 August 2002, with regular transmission beginning on 1 October 2002. History Geo Network was founded in May 2002 by Mir Shakil-ur-Rahman. It started out with the launch of its flagship channel Geo News in October 2002. Hamid Mir joined the channel and became one of the first journalists to join Geo News. The Hum Award for Best Soap Actor is one of the Hum Awards of Merit presented annually by the Hum Television Network and Entertainment Channel (HTNEC). It is given in honor of an actor who has delivered an outstanding performance of leading role in soap series while working within the television industry. The 1st Hum Awards (for 2012) was held in 2013, Imran Aslam was the first winner of the award for his role in ''Nikhar Gaye Gulab Sare''. Satrangi (English: Seven Colors of Rainbow) was a 2008 Pakistani travel adventure drama series produced and directed by Imran Hussain which was broadcast on Geo TV. It was written by Jawad Daud. This drama was first of its kind that was based on what youngsters think, what they are going through and how their families do not understand their problems.
