''Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London'' is a 2004 American action comedy buddy film and the sequel to the 2003 film ''Agent Cody Banks''. Directed by Kevin Allen and written by Don Rhymer, the film stars Frankie Muniz, Anthony Anderson, Hannah Spearritt and Keith David. The film takes place in London with Cody and his buffoonish adult partner, Derek, trying to recover a stolen software and stop the activation of the government's mind control project. Kevin Allen (director)
Kevin Edward Allen (born 15 September 1959) is a British actor, director, producer and writer. Allen came to prominence with the 1991 BBC film ''On the March with Bobby's Army'', and for writing and directing his debut feature film, ''Twin Town'', in 1997. "War" is a counterculture era soul song written by Norman Whitfield and Barrett Strong for the Motown label in 1969. Whitfield first produced the song – an obvious anti–Vietnam War statement – with The Temptations as the original vocalists.
