The African Diamond Producers Association (ADPA) is an intergovernmental organization that seeks to strengthen the level of influence African diamond-producing countries have on the world diamond market. ADPA implements policies, strategies and laws that assist the generation of diamond profits from foreign diamond mining companies to its Member States. Togo
Togo (), officially the Togolese Republic (french: République togolaise), is a country in West Africa. It is bordered by Ghana to the west, Benin to the east and Burkina Faso to the north. ''Blood Diamond'' is a 2006 American political war action thriller film directed and co-produced by Edward Zwick and starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Connelly, and Djimon Hounsou.
