Advisory Council On Youth
The Advisory Council on Youth (AC; french: Conseil consultatif sur la jeunesse, CCJ; german: Beirat zu Jugendfragen) is a non-governmental youth constituency of the Council of Europe. It is a crucial part of the unique co-management structure, a living example of participatory democracy, where young Europeans together with the European Steering Committee for Youth (CDEJ), the body of the representatives of Youth ministries from the 50 States Parties to the European Cultural Convention, equally decide on the standards and work priorities of the Council of Europe's youth sector in the Joint Council on Youth (CMJ). Key Resolve, previously known as Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, Integration (RSOI) which was previously known as Team Spirit even earlier, is an annual Military exercise#Command Post, command post exercise (CPX) held by United States Forces Korea with the Military of South Korea, Republic of Korea Armed Forces. It is conducted between February and April and focuses on United States Pacific Command OPLANs that support the defense of South Korea. Additionally, US units are moved to Korea from other areas and they conduct maneuvers and gunnery exercises. ROK units also conduct maneuvers with some acting as the Opposing force (OPFOR). Giuseppe Porcaro, (born 19 March 1979 in Avellino, Italy) is a political geographer, a writer, and an expert in communications, International Relations and Politics of the European Union.
