Adrift is a Tampa, Florida-based American heavy rock band featuring Jack Owen, former guitarist for Deicide and Cannibal Corpse, on guitar. Other members include Kevin Astl on drums, Jen Parker (Animosity) on bass, and vocalist Dean Pskowski (Synapse). History Adrift began in early 2002, as former Cannibal Corpse guitarist Jack Owen was looking to write more diverse styles of music and sought other like-minded musicians. A demo was quickly recorded in 2003 with producer Jason Suecof and was discussed on blogs when Jack announced his departure from Cannibal Corpse. The band performed at several shows, including Big Spring Jam in Huntsville, Alabama, which also saw performances from Lynyrd Skynyrd, Switchfoot and Collective Soul. Scott Galloway (born November 3, 1964) is a clinical professor of marketing at the New York University Stern School of Business, and a public speaker, author, podcast host, and entrepreneur. ''Adrift'' (stylized as ''ADR1FT'') is a first-person adventure video game developed by Three One Zero and published by 505 Games. It was released on March 28, 2016 for Microsoft Windows and July 15, 2016 for PlayStation 4. An Xbox One version of the game was planned but has been cancelled. The story follows an astronaut, who floats through the wreckage of a destroyed space station with no memory of the incident. Over the course of the game, players find clues that piece together the events of the incident, and attempt to repair the escape vehicle to return home. Arthur Jones, pen name Tristan Jones (8 May 1929 – 21 June 1995) was a British mariner and author. He spent most of his life at sea, first in the British Royal Navy, and then sailing in small yachts for various purposes, including self-appointed adventure trips. Starting in 1977, he wrote sixteen books and many articles about sailing and his adventures, including several memoirs. His writing, while highly entertaining, often mixes fact and fiction.
