Carlos Adriano de Sousa Cruz or simply Adriano (; born 28 September 1987) is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Jacuipense. He is also nicknamed Adriano Michael Jackson. Club career Adriano played for many Brazilian sides; Ceará, América, Bahia, and Palmeiras. Espescilly, when he was in America-RJ, he played with his role model Romário. Romário came on during the 68th minute of the match between América and Artsul, replacing Adriano. In Palmeiras, he was a top scorer of the 2011 Copa do Brasil. Dalian Shide On 8 June 2011, Adriano transferred to Chinese Super League side Dalian Shide on a four-year deal with a reported fee of $3.8 million. Valença is a Brazilian city in the state of Bahia and has an estimated population of 97,233. The Chinese Football Association China League (), also known as China League One or Chinese Jia League (中甲联赛), is the second level of professional football in China. Above League One is the Chinese Super League. Prior to the formation of the Chinese Super League, Jia League was known as ''Jia B League''. The then top two levels of Chinese football league were known as ''Jia A League'' and ''Jia B League'' respectively. Liaoning Football Club (), officially known as Liaoning Hongyun (), was a professional association football club with a long history in Chinese football. Chengdu Tiancheng F.C. () was a Chinese professional football club based in Chengdu, China who last played in the 26,000 seater Shuangliu Sports Center in the China League One division. The club was founded on 26 February 1996 and was formerly known as Chengdu Five Bulls named after their first sponsor, the Five Bulls Cigarette Company.
