Adelbert Everson
Adelbert N. Everson (April 12, 1841 – July 23, 1913) was an American soldier who fought in the American Civil War. Everson received the country's highest award for bravery during combat, the Medal of Honor, for his action during the Battle of Five Forks in Virginia on 1 April 1865. He was honored with the award on 10 May 1865. Biography Everson was born in Cicero, New York, on 12 April 1841. He enlisted in the 185th New York Volunteer Infantry, 185th New York Infantry. He died on 23 July 1913 and his remains are interred at the Riverside Cemetery in Brewerton, New York. Adelbert von Chamisso (; 30 January 178121 August 1838) was a German poet and botanist, author of ''Peter Schlemihl'', a famous story about a man who sold his shadow. Adelbert Van de Walle (1922–2006) was a Flemish-Belgian architect, art historian and professor in the History of Art and Archaeology at the University of Ghent (UGent). Life Van de Walle obtained successively academic degrees in Architecture, Master's and Doctorate in the History of Art and Archaeology, specialising in the Middle Ages, at UGent. Adelbert Delos Thorp
Adelbert Delos Thorp (April 15, 1844February 10, 1919) was an American farmer, fisherman, and Wisconsin pioneer. He was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing Door County in the 1882 session, and later served as sergeant-at-arms of the Wisconsin Senate. In historical documents, his first name is sometimes given as "Albert", and his middle name is sometimes spelled "Deloss". Biography Adelbert D. Thorp was born in Oswego, New York on April 15, 1844. He came to the Wisconsin Territory with his family as a child in 1846, and settled at Rubicon, in Dodge County, where he was raised and educated. They moved to Monroe County, Wisconsin, in 1860. Adelbert Schulz (20 December 1903 – 28 January 1944) was a German officer of the police and the Wehrmacht, at last general and division commander in the Panzertruppe during World War II.
