Farah Weheliye Addo
Farah Weheliye Addo ( so, Faarax Wehliye Caddoow, ar, فرح ادو), also known as Sindiko (born 1935 or 1940, died November 19, 2008), was a prominent Somali sports administrator. Biography Addo hailed from the Harti Abgaal clan. He spent many years in a leadership role in international sports. A former referee, he would later become chairman of the Somali Football Association, the Council for East and Central Africa Football Associations, and of the Somali Olympic Committee. Farah was also a former first vice-president of the African Football Confederation (CAF) and an Honorary Member of the organisation. Kwaku Addo Sakyi-Addo is a journalist from Ghana, who was the country correspondent for both Reuters and the BBC between 1993 and 2007. He currently hosts a political talk show on Asaase Radio in Accra. Education Kwaku Sakyi Addo received his elementary education at Aburi Presbyterian Boys' Boarding School and his secondary education at Achimota School. Justice Julius Sarkodee-Adoo (8 September 1908 – January 1972) was the second Chief Justice of Ghana during the First Republic. He studied law at King's College London, was admitted to Inner Temple in 1928, and was called to the Bar in 1932. He replaced the first native Ghanaian chief justice, Sir Kobina Arku Korsah in 1964. He was removed after the coup d'état of 24 February 1966 by the military National Liberation Council government which was formed after the overthrow of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah. Joyce Bamford-Addo
Joyce Adeline Bamford-Addo, (born 26 March 1937) is a Ghanaian barrister and judge who served as the Speaker of the Parliament of Ghana, Speaker of the Parliament of Ghana from 2009 to 2013. She was previously a Supreme Court of Ghana, Justice of the Supreme Court of Ghana. Following her appointment to the Supreme Court bench, she became the first woman to become a Justice of the Supreme Court of Ghana. She served in that role from 1991 till 2004 when she retired.
