Adam Leon
Adam Leon is an American film director and writer working in New York City. His first feature film, ''Gimme the Loot (film), Gimme the Loot'', won the Grand Jury Prize at South by Southwest and premiered internationally at the Cannes Film Festival (Un Certain Regard) in 2012. Leon’s second feature, ''Tramps (2016 film), Tramps'', premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2016, where Netflix acquired worldwide rights. His newest film, ''Italian Studies (film), Italian Studies'', stars Vanessa Kirby. Leon's films have received critical acclaim. South By Southwest
South by Southwest, abbreviated as SXSW and colloquially referred to as South By, is an annual conglomeration of parallel film, interactive media, and music festivals and Convention (meeting), conferences organized jointly that take place in mid-March in Austin, Texas, United States.
