Adam Best (EastEnders)
Adam Best is a fictional character from the BBC soap opera ''EastEnders'', played by David Proud, the first adult actor with a visible disability to appear regularly in the soap. Both Proud and his character live with spina bifida. The character made his first appearance in the episode broadcast on 10 September 2009 and his last in the one broadcast on 19 July 2010. David Proud

Samantha "Sam" Mitchell (also Butcher and Hunter) is a fictional character from the BBC soap opera ''EastEnders''. The third member of the Mitchell family to appear on the soap, Sam was introduced as a 15-year-old schoolgirl in July 1990, originally played by Danniella Westbrook. The actress quit in 1993, but Sam reappeared from 1995 to 1996 and from 1999 to 2000. Janet Mitchell (briefly known as Petal) is a fictional character from the BBC soap opera ''EastEnders'', played by child actor Grace, who has Down's syndrome. Storylines Janet is born in September 2006, the day of Billy and Honey's wedding. Billy and Honey had already agreed to name the baby Janet after their mothers. Janet is diagnosed with Down's syndrome shortly after her birth. Lee Ross (born 1970) is an English actor known for his roles as nice guy Kenny Phillips in the classic CITV dramedy ''Press Gang'' and as the violent and sadistic Owen Turner in the BBC soap opera ''EastEnders''. He is also known for his work in the drama series '' Dodger, Bonzo and the Rest'', '' Secrets & Lies'' and ''The Catherine Tate Show''. Owen Turner
Owen Turner is a fictional character from the BBC soap opera ''EastEnders'', played by Lee Ross. He originally appeared in the show on 15 June 2006 and left the show in late 2006. In 2009, it was announced that Ross would return to the show; he appeared on 30 July 2009. Thomas John Law (born 17 December 1992) is an English actor. He began his career as a child actor, playing Peter Beale in the BBC One soap opera ''EastEnders'' from 2006 to 2010. Peter Beale is a fictional character from the BBC soap opera ''EastEnders'' who has been played by seven actors since being introduced in 1993.
