Adam Bessa
Adam Bessa (born 1992) is a French-Tunisian actor, known for his roles in French and Hollywood productions such as Reda in '' The Blessed'' (2017), Kawa in ''Mosul'' (2019), soldier Yaz Kahn in Extraction (2020), and Abbas Naziri in the Amazon Prime Video series '' Hanna''. For his performance in ''Harka'' (2022), he won the Un Certain Regard Award for Best Performance at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival. Biography Bessa was born in Grasse, France in 1992, to an Italian-Tunisian mother and a Tunisian father. Bessa speaks French, Arab, English and Italian. César Awards
The César Award is the national film award of France. It is delivered in the ' ceremony and was first awarded in 1976. The nominations are selected by the members of twelve categories of filmmaking professionals and supported by the French Ministry of Culture. The nationally televised award ceremony is held in Paris each year in February. The exact location has changed over the years (in the Théâtre du Châtelet from 2002 to 2016).
