Adam Beechen (born December 14, 1968) is an American comic book writer who wrote '' Countdown to Adventure'' and co-wrote ''Countdown'' for DC Comics. Career Animation Beechen has written scripts for various cartoons, such as ''Teen Titans'', ''The Wild Thornberrys'', ''Rugrats'', ''Pink Panther and Pals'', ''Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated'', '' Transformers: Power of the Primes'', ''The Batman'', '' Edgar and Ellen'', ''Littlest Pet Shop'', ''Little Bill'', ''The VeggieTales Show'', '' Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go'' and the ''Ben 10'' franchise. Little Bill
''Little Bill'' is an American animated educational television series created by Bill Cosby. It is based on the ''Little Bill'' book series, written by Cosby with illustrations by Varnette P. Honeywood. Cosby also composed some of the theme music, appeared in live-action in the show's intro sequence, and voiced the recurring character of Captain Brainstorm. It was Cosby's second animated series, after ''Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids''. The show's main character, Little Bill, was inspired by both Cosby's childhood and by his late son, Ennis Cosby. Little Bill's catchphrase ("Hello, friend!") was originally a greeting that Ennis used. The show is set in Philadelphia, Cosby's hometown. ''Nickelodeon Magazine'' is a defunct American children's magazine inspired by the children's television network Nickelodeon. Its first incarnation appeared in 1990 and was distributed at participating Pizza Hut restaurants; the version of the magazine only saw two issues. The magazine returned in Summer 1993 with all types of content, primarily humor and comics. Originally published on a quarterly basis, it switched to bi-monthly with the February/March 1994 issue. It then went to ten times per year starting in March 1995, with a bi-annual December/January and June/July issue until its end in 2009. For most of its run, the magazine's editor-in-chief was Laura Galen. She wrote the goodbye message for the 159th and final issue in 2009.
