It is typically regarded as being a beginner's dinghy. Performance and design The Access 303 is similar to the Access 2.3 of the same class. It has the same joystick control, as well as the high boom and the setup whereby the helm and crew are sat facing forwards. It also has the same electric servo-assisted drives, making it suitable for people with physical disabilities. Stephen Andrew Churm (born 16 July 1954) is an Australian sailor. He was selected to represent Australia at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in sailing. He did not medal at the 2012 Games. Personal Churm was born on 16 July 1954, and is from the Sydney area in New South Wales. He has left-sided Klumpke palsy as a result of a torn brachial plexus during birth. Medemblik () is a municipality and a town in the Netherlands, in the province of North Holland and the region of West-Frisia. It lies immediately south of the polder and former municipality of Wieringermeer. History Medemblik was a prosperous trading town, when in 1282, Floris V, Count of Holland, successfully invaded West Friesland.
