Douglas N. Abra (born April 1, 1947 in Winnipeg, Manitoba) is a Canadian judge. He was appointed a judge of the Court of King's Bench of Manitoba on July 10, 2007. He replaced Alan D. MacInnes, upon his appointment to the Manitoba Court of Appeal. Mr. Justice Abra received a Bachelor of Arts in 1968 and a Bachelor of Laws in 1972 from the University of Manitoba. He was admitted to the Bar of Manitoba in 1973. Saint Abra (c. 343 – c. 360) was the daughter of Hilary of Poitiers. Saint Abra herself has been recognized as a saint. She was born before her father converted to Christianity and was made a bishop. At her father's advice, she took the vow of virginity. During her father's exile from Poitiers, she and her mother remained there. She died shortly after his return in 360, supposedly at the age of seventeen or eighteen. Abra Moore (born June 8, 1969) is an American folk-styled rock singer-songwriter. Moore was a founding member of the Hawaiian rock band Poi Dog Pondering, but left to pursue a solo career after the group's move to Texas in the late 1980s. Her 1997 album '' Strangest Places'' included the hit "Four Leaf Clover", which received airplay in Midwest U.S. radio markets and VH1 and MTV2 rotation, and charted on the Billboard Hot 100. Abra Prentice Wilkin (born July 30, 1942) is an American philanthropy, philanthropist. She is the daughter of John Rockefeller Prentice (1902–1972) and his wife, Abbie Cantrill Prentice. Wilkin is a great-granddaughter of Standard Oil tycoon John D. Rockefeller (1839–1937).Prentice Wilkin attended both The Latin School of Chicago and The Ethel Walker School in Simsbury, Connecticut, Simsbury, Connecticut. She has been married twice. Raymond Abracosa (born December 2, 1990), better known as Abra, is a Filipino rapper, hip hop recording artist and occasional actor. He gained mainstream popularity with his song "Gayuma". When the video reached more than 26 million views on YouTube, it was hailed as the highest number generated by any local artist. Abra Amedomé, born Abra Julie Mawupé Vovor was a Togolese politician woman. Trained as a pharmacist in France, Montpellier, Abra Julie Amedome returned to Togo and became a highly successful businesswoman. She was the first pharmatian woman in Togo. She was married to professor Antoine Afantchao Amedome (professor of médecine).She took a leading role in the national ruling party, and in 1975 became president of the Union National des Femmes Togolaise.
