Abol Fath Khan
Abol-Fath Khan Zand ( fa, ابوالفتح خان زند ''Abol-Fatḥ Khān Zand''; 1755/17561787) was the third ''Shah'' of the Zand dynasty, ruling from March 6, 1779, until August 22, 1779. Biography After the death of Karim Khan in 1779, two factions emerged, one supporting Abol-Fath, one his younger brother Mohammad Ali Khan Zand. Both were still children, and were pawns in the game of power. Karim Khan's brother Zaki Khan managed to proclaim Mohammad Ali Khan, his own son-in-law, as shah of the Zand dynasty but soon after, he also made Abol-Fath joint ruler of Iran. Both Mohammad Ali and Abol-Fath only held nominal power during their reigns, as their uncle was the effective master of the government. As another brother of Karim Khan, Sadeq Khan Zand, had left Shiraz, then the capital, and was gathering an army in Kerman ostensibly in support of Abol-Fath Khan, Zaki Khan even had Abol-Fath imprisoned. Abol Hassan Ispahani
Mirza Abul Hassan Ispahani (1902-1981) ( ur, ) was a Pakistani politician and diplomat who served as an ambassador of Pakistan to the United States. Early life and family Born in a Ispahani family, he was educated at St John's College, Cambridge. He completed his Bar-at-Law in 1924 of the All India Muslim League held in Madras in April 1941. During the 1990s, Mirza Zia Ispahani, the youngest son of Mirza Abul Hassan Ispahani, served as Pakistan Ambassador in Switzerland and Italy and is currently Ambassador-at-large with Minister of State status and visited Bangladesh on the instructions of PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari. His granddaughter, Farahnaz Ispahani, served as a member of Pakistan's parliament and is the wife of Pakistan's former ambassador to United States, Hussain Haqqani and lived for some time in the same house in Washington as did her grandfather. Sayyed Abol-Ghasem Mostafavi-Kashani ( fa, سید ابوالقاسم کاشانی ''Abu’l-Qāsem Kāšāni''; 19 November 1882 – 13 March 1962) was an Iranian politician and Shia Marja. Early life His father, Ayatollah Hajj Seyyed Mostafavi Kashani ( fa, آیتالله حاج سید مصطفوی کاشانی), was a noted scholar of Islam in his time. Abol-Ghasem was trained in Shia Islam by his religious parents and began study of the Quran soon after learning to read and write. At 16, Abol-Ghasem went to an Islamic seminary to study literature, Arabic language, logic, semantics and speech, as well as the principles of Islamic jurisprudence, or Fiqh. He continued his education at the seminary in an-Najaf in the Qur'an and Hadiths as interpreted in Sharia law, receiving his jurisprudence degree when he was 25. ''Abol tabol'' ( bn, আবোল তাবোল; ; 'The Weird and the Absurd') is a collection of Bengali children's poems and rhymes composed by Sukumar Ray, first published on 19th September 1923 by U. Ray and Sons publishers. It consists of 46 titled and seven untitled short rhymes (quatrains), all considered to be in the genre of nonsense literature. Significance Bengali readers were exposed to a new nonsense fantasy world by the poems in ''Abol Tabol''. This selection offers the best of Sukumar Ray's world of pun-riddled poetry. Although it was not understood at the time of its publication, many poems in ''Abol Tabol'' contain skilfully hidden satire on the state of society and administration of early 20th-century colonial India - mostly Bengal. An exoplanet or extrasolar planet is a planet outside the Solar System. The first possible evidence of an exoplanet was noted in 1917 but was not recognized as such. HD 16175 b is an extrasolar planet located approximately 195.6 light-years away in the constellation of Andromeda, orbiting the star HD 16175. This planet masses 4.8 times that of Jupiter. However, the mass is only a minimum since the inclination of the orbit is not known. This planet orbits at about 2.2 astronomical units, taking 2.73 years to revolve around the star. The orbit of the planet is highly noncircular with an eccentricity at 0.64. The planet HD 16175 b is named Abol. The name was selected in the NameExoWorlds campaign by Ethiopia, during the 100th anniversary of the IAU. Abol is the first of three rounds of coffee in the Ethiopian traditional coffee ceremony. HD 16175 is a 7th magnitude G-type star with temperature about 6000 K located approximately 196 light-years away in the Andromeda constellation. This star is only visible through binoculars or better equipment; it is also 3.3 times more luminous, is 1.34 times more massive, and has a radius 1.66 times bigger than our local star. The star HD 16175 is named Buna. The name was selected in the NameExoWorlds campaign by Ethiopia, during the 100th anniversary of the IAU. Buna is the commonly used word for coffee in Ethiopia.
