Abhay Manohar Sapre
Abhay Manohar Sapre (born 28 August 1954, Seoni) is a former Judge of Supreme Court of India. He had earlier served as the Chief Justice of Gauhati High Court from 19 October 2013 to 12 August 2014 and as the first Chief Justice of Manipur High Court from 23 March 2013 to 18 October 2013 and he also served as former Judge of Chhattisgarh High Court, Rajasthan High Court and Madhya Pradesh High Court also. Education Sapre studied at Government Arts College, Jabalpur. Career Born on August 28, 1954. He was enrolled as an Advocate on 21 January 1978. He practiced on Civil, Constitutional and Labour sides in the Madhya Pradesh High Court. He was elevated as an Additional Judge of Madhya Pradesh High Court on 25 October 1999 and made permanent on 24 October 2001. He was transferred as Judge of Rajasthan High Court on 11 February 2010. Adarsh Sein Anand (1 November 1936 – 1 December 2017) was the 29th Chief Justice of India, serving from 10 October 1998 to 31 October 2001. Life Anand completed his studies from GGM Science College Jammu (erstwhile Prince of Wales college), Lucknow University, and University College London, and enrolled as an Advocate at the Bar Council on 9 November 1964. Having practised in Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Election Law at the Punjab and Haryana High Court, he was appointed Additional Judge, Jammu and Kashmir High Court from 26 May 1975. Seoni
Seoni is a city and a municipality in Seoni district in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. This tribal household dominated district was formed in the year 1956. Rudyard Kipling used the forests in the vicinity of Seoni, or as was spelled during British colonial rule, Seeonee, as the setting for the Mowgli stories in ''The Jungle Book'' and ''The Second Jungle Book'' (1894–1895), although the area is not an actual rainforest. Altamas Kabir (19 July 1948 – 19 February 2017) was an Indian lawyer and judge who served as the 39th Chief Justice of India. Early life and education Altamas Kabir was born in Calcutta in 1948 to a Bengali Muslim family from the district of Faridpur (now in Bangladesh). He studied at the Mount Hermon School, Darjeeling, and the Calcutta Boys' School. The Madhya Pradesh High Court is the High Court of the state of Madhya Pradesh which is located in Jabalpur. It was established as the Nagpur High Court on 2 January 1936 by Letters Patent dated 2 January 1936, issued under Section 108 the '' Government of India Act, 1935''.
