Abdoulatifou Aly
Abdoulatifou Aly (12 April 1960 – 26 June 2020) was a Malagascar-born French Mahoran politician, a long-term representative of the island of Mayotte at the National Assembly of France, and a member of the executive bureau of the Democratic Movement. Juridical career Abdoulatifou Aly received both his primary and middle school education in Mayotte, before graduating high school in Lycée Leconte-de-Lisle in Saint-Denis-de-la-Réunion. He then continued to study the law at the Robert Schumann University in Strasbourg, where he specialised in the laws of territorial collectivities. François Charles Armand Fillon (; born 4 March 1954) is a retired French politician who served as Prime Minister of France from 2007 to 2012 under President Nicolas Sarkozy. He was the nominee of the Republicans (previously known as the Union for a Popular Movement), the country's largest centre-right political party, for the 2017 presidential election where he ranked third in the first round of voting.
