Aaron Cohen (born 28 February 1976) is an Israeli-American writer, director, actor, author and former Duvdevan Special Forces soldier specializing in counter-terrorism. He wrote the memoir ''Brotherhood of Warriors''. In 2022 Cohen wrote, directed, and co-starred in the short action war film, ''Overwatch'', a war drama about soldiers deployed overseas struggling to maintain their relationships back home. Aaron Cohen (January 5, 1931 – February 25, 2010) was the Acting Deputy Administrator of NASA between 19 February 1992 and 1 November 1992 as well as the manager of the Space Shuttle Program from 1972. Education Cohen graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in San Antonio, Texas. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in 1952, a Master of Science degree from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1958, and an honorary doctorate from Stevens in 1982. Career Cohen joined NASA in 1962 and served in key leadership roles critical to the success of the flights and lunar landings of the Apollo Program. From 1969 to 1972, Cohen was the manager for the Apollo Command and Service Modules. He oversaw the design, development, production and test flights of the Space Shuttles as manager of NASA's Space Shuttle Orbiter Project Office from 1972 to 1982. Aaron Cohen's Debt ( he, חובו של אהרון כהן) is a non-linear, fact based 1999 Israeli film starring Moshe Ivgy as Aaron Cohen, a father abruptly taken into custody at his birthday party by police for one child-support payment which he does not believe he owes. Despite his frail health and his daughter's frantic attempts to bail him out, Aaron is forced to spend the night behind bars. Indifferent guards, an over-crowded cell and an infected ulcer thrust Aaron into a Kafkaesque nightmare. The following morning he is found dead and a hurried investigation hopelessly struggles to make sense of what happened. It was directed by Amalia Margolin and written by Alon Bar. Aaron Cohen (born September 28, 1981) is an American former judoka. He was a 5-time US national champion (2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2009), and earned a silver medal in the 2008 US Olympic trials. He earned a bronze medal at the 2009 Maccabiah Games in Israel. Biography He is the son of Irwin Cohen, a former Olympian, is Jewish, and lives in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. Aaron's uncle Steve Cohen is a former Olympic competitor and coach, and his brother Richard also competed at the national level. He trained at the New York Athletic Club. He was a 5-time US national champion (2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2009), and placed second 4 times, and third once. He earned a silver medal in the 2008 US Olympic trials.
