Aapta Mitrulu
''Aapta Mitrulu'' () is a 1963 Indian Telugu-language drama film, produced and directed by Kadaru Nagabhushanam under the Sri Raja Rajeswari Film Company banner. It stars N. T. Rama Rao, Krishna Kumari, Kanta Rao and music composed by Ghantasala. Plot Prakash & Shekar are childhood friends. Shekar belongs to a rich family whereas Prakash works as his employee. Prakash's sister Vimala is in love with Shekar but Shekar's mother Kamalamma, wants to make a rich alliance with her son. Once Shekar sends Prakash to Bangalore on an official trip where he gets acquainted with Kokila, the daughter of a millionaire, Kameswara Rao, and both fall in love. Tadepalli Lakshmi Kantha Rao (16 November 1923 – 22 March 2009) was an Indian actor and producer known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema. Regarded as one of the finest method actors, Rao starred in more than four hundred feature films in a variety of genres including mythological, social and folklore. He has also acted in a few Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam movies. He has produced about five films under the Hyma Films banner. Ghantasala Venkateswararao (4 December 1922 – 11 February 1974), known mononymously by his surname as Ghantasala, was an Indian playback singer and film composer known for his works predominantly in Telugu and Kannada cinema and also in Tamil, Malayalam, Tulu and Hindi language films. He is considered as one of the greatest singers of Telugu cinema. In 1970, he received the Padma Shri award, India's fourth highest civilian award for his contribution to Indian cinema.
