Elvin Ng
Elvin Ng Choon Siong (; born 23 December 1980) is a Singaporean actor and former model. Early life Ng attended Jurong Primary School, Catholic High School and National Junior College. He graduated with an honours degree in English literature from the National University of Singapore. Career Ng was discovered through a talent search programme ''School Belle and the Beau'' hosted by MediaCorp DJ and Host, Dennis Chew and Belinda Lee, during his university days. Channel 8 ( zh, 8頻道) is a Singaporean free-to-air television channel, airing in Mandarin Chinese. It was created by Television Singapura on 31 August 1963 with experimental broadcasts, before going official on 23 November that year. The channel's logo is a yellow number 8 on top of a red disc. ''Beautiful Illusions'' (镜中人) is a Singaporean TV series which aired in 2005. It stars Fann Wong in two diverse roles - a quiet and nondescript cartoon illustrator with a quirky sense of style (Yixin), and a stylish, vampy air stewardess who lives the high life on her motorbike (Joe Ann).
